Legal age for sex in USA? New England?

ok I have known my GF for 2 years and we have not have sex and having a solid relationships and her parents knew about it and approve our relationship and both me and her came from a mid class family and I am in Yale

Q I am 23 and she is 16
What is the legal age for her? I do not want to break the law hence the Q and we love each other for 2 years and now she really wants it BUT I have to be sure

What is the legal age for a 23 year old to have sex with my 16 year old GF? Name me states in New England or states you know. I know south carolina is 14 ( WTF?? ) and many states 16

Please advice
Her parents knew and even told us to get married. she looks 21 and carry herself like an adult since we knew each other. She has her own company on the internet and we share, we turn about 120,000 a year.

Yes you can and you will NOT be charged Statutory Rape

If she is 16 AND above you are 21 and above in Connecticut its legal and all of New England. Wear protection and bring her to Maine and other beautiful wonders of New England

Dont go New York because its 17 there :)
